Talent Guardian is recruiting for an experienced 3D Retail Design Manager to work with an amazing client supporting a global retail client base in interior design and build.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & Inspire Manage a small but dynamic team of graphic designers, guiding them to create impactful 3D visuals.
- Collaborate Across Teams Work closely with both creative and technical production teams to ensure designs are not only innovative but also feasible.
- Bring Your Style Infuse your unique design vision into every project while shaping the future of retail interiors.
- Client-Facing Role Present and communicate design concepts effectively, ensuring clients understand and are excited by your vision.
- Ensure Quality Take full ownership of the 3D design output, making sure each project meets business objectives while maintaining high creative standards.

- 2-3 Years of Experience in 3D design within the retail sector.

- A strong understanding of manufacturing processes and technical design is a bonus.
- Excellent Communication Skills Ability to present concepts clearly to clients and manage relationships with ease.
- Leadership & Organizational Skills Experience managing teams and studio traffic/workload.
