Gas Safe PlumberLocation: SurreyPermanent | Full-timeTalent Guardian are recruiting on behalf of our client for a qualified and experienced Gas Safe Plumber to join their established property maintenance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a varied role working across installation, maintenance and repair of plumbing and heating systems.The RoleAs a Gas Safe Plumber, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of hot and cold-water supplies, sanitation and waste disposal systems, and central heating systems. The role will also include fault finding, repairs, and supporting other members of the maintenance team where required. You will ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards, in line with health and safety regulations and company procedures.Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair hot and cold-water supplies, sanitation systems, waste disposal and central heating systems
- Diagnose and fix faults across piped services in client properties
- Maintain an inventory of plumbing materials and ensure supplies are available
- Provide support to other staff members where needed
- Work to health and safety regulations and follow company policies at all times
- Carry out additional tasks as requested by management within the scope of the position
What We’re Looking For
- City & Guilds 6089 NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Plumbing or higher
- Unvented ticket and Gas Safe certification (essential)
- Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and COSHH requirements
- Full clean UK driving licence
- Own hand tools
- Proven experience in plumbing and heating systems, with the ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work
