Are you digitally savvy with a passion for online retail? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-driven Ecommerce Specialist to join a growing team at beautiful studio-style offices in Poole.
In this exciting, full-time role, you’ll be responsible for managing and optimising ecommerce platforms—ensuring product listings are flawless, online sales run smoothly, and our customers have a seamless digital shopping experience.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing product listings across ecommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify etc.)
- Writing engaging, SEO-friendly product descriptions and uploading imagery
- Monitoring online stock levels, pricing accuracy, and promotional updates
- Analysing online sales and traffic to identify growth opportunities
- Coordinating with customer service, marketing, and warehouse teams to support campaigns and fulfilment
- Assisting with the planning and execution of ecommerce promotions and product launches
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in an ecommerce or digital retail environment
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and digital merchandising
- Excellent attention to detail and a flair for writing product copy
- Analytical mindset with confidence using tools like Google Analytics or Excel
