Talent Guardian is excited to partner with a well-established company in Andover, currently seeking a Customer Service Executive to support their continued upward growth. As a Customer Service Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting customer relationships, driving organic growth, and addressing concerns while expanding customer product portfolios. This customer-focused role prioritises prompt responses to inquiries within 24 hours, ensuring every interaction is handled with care and precision.   Key Responsibilities: Process customer orders and maintain accurate system records. Communicate customer incentives and rewards effectively. Enhance customer retention by educating them about products and identifying upsell opportunities. Coordinate customer requirements to meet deadlines effectively. Utilise CRM platforms to document contracts and sales activities. Build and nurture strong relationships with existing customers. Respond promptly to customer queries and complaints, providing solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders on account changes and escalate concerns where necessary. What We’re Looking For: Ideally, 2+ years of experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential). A commercially minded, proactive problem solver. Excellent communication skills, including a professional phone manner. High attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills with a results-driven mindset. Resilient under pressure with a positive and solutions-focused attitude. A strong team player, eager to contribute to team and business growth. Working Hours and Benefits: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (1-hour lunch break). Salary: £31,000 – £33,000 (dependent on experience). Benefits: 20 days holiday, company pension, and a "Growth by Sharing" bonus scheme. You’ll be joining a supportive team of 6 and reporting directly to the Customer Experience Manager.
