Talent Guardian are recruiting for Litter Pickers for Farnborough Airshow 2026! Farnborough, Hampshire £13.00 per hour + holiday.
Must have safety shoes. Shifts from July - August 2026.
The Role: As a Litter Picker, you will play a vital role in keeping the event site clean and presentable throughout the Airshow and associated events.
- Collecting litter from public areas and event spaces
- Emptying waste bins and replacing bin liners
- Assisting with waste management and recycling procedures
- Maintaining cleanliness across outdoor and indoor areas
- Supporting the facilities team with general housekeeping duties
- Ensuring the event site remains safe, tidy, and welcoming for visitors
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable and hardworking individuals
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Able to work efficiently as part of a team
- Good attention to detail
- Physically fit and comfortable being on your feet for extended periods
- Must be able to work both morning and evening shifts as required
- Previous litter picking, cleaning, grounds maintenance, or facilities experience is beneficial but not essential
