Talent Guardian are recruiting for Events/Badge Assistants for Farnborough Airshow 2026 in Farnborough, Hampshire. The pay is £13.00 per hour plus holiday pay.
Must be available from the start of July until the end of July. Full-time and part-time roles are available, and candidates must be able to work over weekends.
The Role: As an Event / Badge Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring exhibitors and event attendees receive their accreditation badges efficiently and professionally. You will be responsible for generating, printing, and distributing badges while providing excellent customer service to visitors from around the world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Printing and issuing exhibitor and visitor badges
- Assisting with event registration and accreditation processes
- Using computer systems to generate and manage badge requests
- Providing professional and friendly customer service
- Answering queries and directing visitors where required
- Ensuring badge information is accurate and up to date
- Supporting the wider event operations team

- Strong customer service skills
- Basic computer skills and confidence using systems and software

Essential Requirement: Applicants MUST be available from the beginning of July through to the end of July 2026, as this role supports the full event accreditation process.
