The Role Reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing Director, you will play a key role in shaping the company’s growth strategy. Your primary focus will be on identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sustainable financial growth. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys taking initiative, and can develop and implement effective sales strategies. No two days will be the same, so adaptability, strong communication skills, and a results-driven mindset are essential. Key Responsibilities: Develop a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction. Identify new markets and customer needs through research and networking. Arrange and lead business development meetings with prospective clients. Promote products/services, addressing and predicting client needs. Prepare sales orders, ensuring compliance with legal guidelines. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support to maintain strong relationships. Build and maintain long-term partnerships with both new and existing customers. Support and mentor entry-level sales staff, fostering a high-performance culture. Requirements & Skills: Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role. Strong sales track record with a passion for hitting targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Market knowledge and ability to identify new business opportunities. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Zoho). Strong time management and planning skills. A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
