Our client is seeking a passionate and driven Business Development Manager to take their branded drinks portfolio to new heights. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading brand builder in the FMCG space.

About the Role

You’ll focus on unlocking new business opportunities primarily within the greater London area and across the UK. Your primary responsibility will be expanding listings, distribution, and sales across their drink’s brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business across multiple channels including convenience retail, foodservice, independents, wholesalers, cafés, pubs, restaurants, delis, and more
  • Deliver budgeted sales, profit, and distribution targets
  • Build strong relationships with buyers to grow drinks listings
  • Create and execute customer plans with weekly/monthly progress reporting
  • Manage promotional calendars and pricing structures
  • Represent the business at key trade shows and industry events

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success in a B2B sales or field sales role within food or drink.
  • Resilient, tenacious, and commercially minded
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Based in or around London, or within easy access to the M25
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
