Talent Guardian are recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative on a 12-week temp-perm contract for our client based in Poole, Dorset.

Start date: Immediate start

Location: Poole

Contract: 12-Week Temp-to-Perm

Salary: £25,000 per annum + holiday

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm (35 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and checking incoming deliveries.
  • Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders accurately.
  • Loading, unloading and safely storing stock.
  • Updating stock records using the computer system.
  • Manual handling of goods (up to 25kg).
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.
  • Following all health and safety procedures.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comfortable with manual handling and physically active work.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Reliable, hardworking and able to work well as part of a team.
  • A Counterbalance or Reach Truck licence is advantageous but not essential.
