About the Role
We're working with a leading drinks business to find an exceptional National Account Manager to drive growth across the South West, with a focus on Bristol and the surrounding area. This is a fantastic opportunity to represent a premium portfolio and build meaningful partnerships with the region's most exciting independent and managed on-trade operators.
You'll be responsible for developing new business, managing key accounts, and securing listings across gastro pubs, cocktail bars, boutique hotels, fine dining restaurants, and premium on-trade venues. This role is all about relationship building, commercial acumen, and a genuine passion for the drinks industry.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience selling drinks (wine, spirits, beer, or cocktails) into the on-trade
- Established relationships with gastro pubs, cocktail bars, and premium venues in Bristol and the South West
- Track record of winning new business and growing accounts
- Strong commercial awareness - understanding of pricing, margins, and route to market
- Ability to build authentic, long-term customer relationships
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable:
- Knowledge of the Bristol drinks scene and key operators
- Experience with independent and managed pub/bar groups
- Background in premium, craft, or specialist drinks brands
