Talent Guardian is recruiting on behalf of a leading UK food business for an experienced Beef Trader specialising in Fine Food venues.

Are you passionate about premium beef and have an established network within the UK's fine dining restaurant scene? We're looking for a commercially driven sales professional with extensive knowledge of the premium beef market and a proven track record of supplying high-end restaurants, luxury hotels, Michelin-starred establishments and premium hospitality groups. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, family-owned food business where you'll have the autonomy to grow your own portfolio, develop new business and become a trusted partner to some of the UK's most prestigious chefs and hospitality operators.

What you'll be doing:

  • Developing new business across the UK's premium foodservice sector.
  • Managing and growing relationships with fine dining restaurants, luxury hotels and high-end hospitality groups.
  • Selling a portfolio of premium British and imported beef products.
  • Building long-term partnerships with chefs, purchasing managers and foodservice decision-makers.
  • Identifying new market opportunities and driving profitable sales growth.
  • Negotiating commercial agreements and delivering against ambitious sales targets.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience selling premium beef into the foodservice sector.
  • Strong understanding of beef.
  • Existing relationships with fine dining restaurants, premium hospitality groups or high-end foodservice operators.
  • A commercially astute salesperson with excellent negotiation and account management skills.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious and passionate about exceptional food.
