Talent Guardian is working with a fast-growing, ambitious consumer brand to recruit a Content Creation & Digital Marketing Manager based in Bedford on a 9-12 months Mat Cover. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone who loves turning creative content into measurable performance. This role sits at the heart of digital marketing, owning content across paid social, organic channels, and CRM. You'll take existing assets, test what works, optimise performance, and help shape how the brand shows up across the customer journey. If you're both creative and analytical, enjoy moving quickly, and are confident managing Meta ads and Klaviyo, this is a fantastic opportunity to make real impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging, on-brand content across all marketing channels
- Maintain a content library to support campaigns and storytelling
- Build, test, and optimise paid Meta campaigns while monitoring performance
- Engage with followers and comments on paid and organic social content
- Plan, publish, and manage short-form and community-focused posts across platforms
- Repurpose high-performing organic content for paid campaigns
- Manage and optimise email and SMS campaigns and flows in Klaviyo
- Track engagement, growth, and campaign performance to inform strategy
