Are you an experienced Legal Secretary looking for a new opportunity in the dynamic field of Probate law? We are working with a well-established and well-known law firm in Poole and are looking for a dedicated and skilled Legal Secretary to join their Probate Department starting in January. About the Role As a Legal Secretary in the Probate Department, you will play a pivotal role in providing professional and efficient support to the team of experts. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a brilliant team of professionals, advising and assisting clients on a day-to-day basis. Your responsibilities will include: Engaging with clients both in person and over the telephone, delivering exceptional service. Managing diaries and ensuring appointments and deadlines are meticulously organised. Typing legal documents with a high level of speed and accuracy. Performing general administrative duties to support the team. What Were Looking For To thrive in this role, you will need: Proven experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within a Probate or similar legal department. Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy and speed. Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues. This is a full-time position working Monday Friday 9am 5pm Salary £26k per annum TPBN1_UKTJ
