Talent Guardian are delighted to be recruiting for a Cold-Store Picker Operative for our client based in Redditch, Worcestershire.
Cold-Store Picker Operative experience is essential.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 12:00pm - 8:45pm
Pay: £13 per hour
Contract: 12-week Temp-to-Perm
The Role
As a Cold Store Picker, your responsibilities will include:
- Picking customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Working within a very chilled warehouse environment
- Preparing products for dispatch
- Checking products and quantities against orders
- Maintaining high levels of accuracy and productivity
- Following all health & safety and site procedures
- Keeping your working area clean and organised
- Working as part of the wider warehouse team to meet daily targets
What We're Looking For
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have previous cold store or chilled warehouse experience
- Are comfortable working for extended periods in very cold temperatures
- Have previous picking/warehouse experience
- Are reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Can work effectively as part of a team
- Are available Monday to Friday, 12:00pm-8:45pm
- Are looking for a long-term opportunity
