Talent Guardian is recruiting on behalf of one of our clients, a well-established and growing food manufacturing business based in Park Royal, London.
We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Frozen Warehouse Operative to join their busy warehouse team on a permanent day shift.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on role, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable working in a temperature-controlled, frozen warehouse.
You'll play an important part in ensuring products are handled, stored and prepared accurately, helping keep the warehouse running smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing
- Picking, packing and preparing frozen food products for dispatch.
- Working within a frozen warehouse environment, ensuring products are handled and stored correctly.
- Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently.
- Moving, organising and storing stock in designated warehouse areas.
- Checking incoming and outgoing goods for accuracy and quality.
- Supporting stock rotation and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Working closely with the warehouse and production teams to ensure orders are completed on time.
- Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised.
- Following all health, safety and food hygiene procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Previous warehouse, picking and packing or food production experience would be beneficial.
- Comfortable working in a frozen, temperature-controlled environment.
- A reliable, hardworking and positive attitude.
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties.
- Good attention to detail when picking and preparing orders.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a team-focused approach.
- Available to work Monday to Friday, 6:30am–4:30pm.
