Talent Guardian are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse/Picker Operative to join our client based in Fleet, Hampshire.
- Monday to Friday (7:30am-16:00pm)
- £12.71 per hour + holiday
- Based in Fleet, Church Crookham
- Temporary on-going position
- Christmas company celebrations
- Well established, expending family run business
- Bank holidays off
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and organise precise customer orders
- Receive and unload deliveries, checking goods against delivery notes for accuracy
- Putting stock away using a counterbalance/reach truck
- Report any defects or quality issues to a supervisor on shift
- Store products in designated areas to maintain incredibly high organisation and accessibility
- Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment, following health and safety protocols
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or picking environment is essential
- Highly organised, motivated, reliable and switched on
- Friendly, outgoing and able to work in a team
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately with a keen eye for detail
- Basic understanding of health and safety practices within a warehouse setting
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
