Talent Guardian are recruiting for multiple Production/Packing Operatives for our client based in Aldershot, Hampshire to support their season peak.
Location: Aldershot, Hampshire
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
Contract: Temporary - Seasonal Peak

Key Responsibilities:
- Picking, packing and organising bespoke stock accurately.
- Labelling products correctly and ensuring orders are prepared to the required standards.
- Checking stock and ensuring items are correctly organised.
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
- Working on your feet throughout the shift.
- Supporting the wider production and packing team during busy periods.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in production, packing or warehousing is desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable standing for long periods.
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
