We’re working with a well-established fire & life safety provider looking to add an experienced Maintenance / Service Engineer to their regional team. This is a field-based role focused on planned and reactive maintenance across commercial and residential sites. You’ll be trusted to manage your own workload, represent the business professionally on-site, and ensure systems remain compliant and fully operational.

Key Responsibilities

  • Servicing and maintaining fire alarm systems
  • Carrying out routine inspections, fault-finding and remedial works
  • Completing service reports and compliance documentation
  • Liaising with clients, site teams and internal support
  • Occasional travel into London when required

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a service / maintenance role
  • Strong background in fire alarm systems
  • Experience with emergency lighting and/or smoke ventilation is highly beneficial
  • Knowledge of British Standards and compliance requirements
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own day
