You will join a small, highly regarded commercial property team working across retail, office, light industrial and residential assets throughout Surrey, South London and beyond. This is a genuinely varied role offering exposure across multiple disciplines, where no two days are the same. You will work closely with an experienced director, gaining further responsibility and the opportunity to shape your career as you develop into a well-rounded surveyor.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing the sale and letting of commercial properties across a range of sectors
- Undertaking property inspections, measurements and client viewings
- Leading on rent reviews and lease renewals across retail, office, hospitality and industrial assets
- Carrying out valuations and supporting investment and asset management advice
- Involvement in the management of commercial and residential properties, including inspections, tenant liaison and reporting
- Supporting and building strong client relationships through high-quality, proactive advice
What we’re looking for:
- MRICS qualified with 3-4 years of relevant experience
- Genuine interest in commercial property and building a long-term career in the sector
- Confident, client-facing professional with excellent communication skills
- Commercially aware, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
- Well-organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing a varied workload
- Ambitious and motivated to continue developing your career within a growing practice
- Experience in commercial property is a bonus but not essential – we welcome applications from candidates looking to transition from residential to commercial
