The opportunity

You will join a small and tight-knit commercial property team working across retail, office, light industrial and residential assets in Surrey, South London and beyond. This is a hands-on role where you will quickly take on responsibility, supported by an experienced director who is committed to your development.

What you’ll be doing

  • Assisting with the sale and letting of commercial properties
  • Conducting inspections, measurements and viewings across a wide range of properties.
  • Supporting rent reviews and lease renewals on retail, office, hospitality and industrial premises.
  • Assisting with valuations and property investment analysis.
  • Helping to manage commercial and residential properties, including inspections, tenant liaison and reporting.

What we’re looking for

  • A degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Surveying or a closely related, RICS-accredited discipline.
  • Genuine interest in commercial property and building a long-term career in the sector.
  • Strong communication skills and confident client-facing manner.
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail and good written English.
  • Proactive, organised and comfortable working both independently and in a small team.

Work experience in property or professional services is a bonus but not essential – we are more interested in your potential, attitude and ambition.
