This rare combination enables people with learning disabilities and autism to gain skills in areas like animal care, horticulture, customer service, and the culinary arts, while fostering a strong sense of community and inclusion. With a mission to empower individuality and achieve happiness, our client supports over 96 people in community settings, offering both residential and supported living services and an additional 70 external students in life skills. As a Trustee, you will:

  • Provide strategic leadership and governance, ensuring the charity pursues its mission and complies with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Apply your business acumen to help secure the organisation’s long-term sustainability, optimise resources, and support ambitious plans for growth and impact.
  • Collaborate with a diverse Board and Senior Management Team, contributing your expertise to key decisions, risk management, and performance evaluation.
  • Champion the rights and well-being of people with learning disabilities, helping to shape an inclusive society where anything is possible.

Commitment
