Talent Frame are pleased to be working with an established but high growth company that provides workforce solutions to leading companies. They have a client portfolio of instantly recognisable names in the insurance industry and this role will manage and grow those accounts.
The role is full time, with 4 days a week in the central London office and 1 day working from home.
The role will include the following responsibilities:
- Maintain and grow relationships with leading insurance firms - ensuring you conduct regular in-person meetings with key decision makers
- Closely track and monitor pipeline, key client events and opportunities with data accurately recorded on the CRM system
- Develop new business leads and negotiate contracts
- Monitor key KPIs, including those of junior team members, ensuring activity is tracking as needed to hit commercial goals
Experience Required:
- Must have experience of managing accounts in the insurance sector or in an account management role for an insurance company (sector knowledge is key)
- Can clearly demonstrate a strategic approach to client development and account growth
- Be able to build pipeline through outbound activity and accurately forecast which deals will close in-month
- Be confident carrying out in-person meetings with senior decision makers at global companies
