Talent Frame is pleased to present a fantastic opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager to contribute to the growth of a leading financial services organisation. This role involves developing and executing digital strategies that support business expansion and client acquisition efforts through multiple channels. The role is hybrid working, 2-3 days in the office, with the rest from home. We are open to people in West Midlands, Bristol or Reading area, but you must be able to get to London once a week and work in a local office on another day in the week.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement customised online campaigns to aid advisers in generating new business aligned with targets.
- Collaborate with third-party providers to create tailored campaigns that expand the lead pipeline and support growth initiatives.
- Work closely with regional and internal teams to ensure lead generation activities are aligned with business objectives.
- Identify new lead generation opportunities and work to optimise existing nurture journeys.
- Utilise tools (such as Hubspot, Marketo or Pardot) to support lead management, automation, and performance tracking.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in developing end-to-end lead generation strategies for high consideration purchases.
- Demonstrable skills in lead capture methods and nurturing campaigns across digital channels such as PPC, email marketing, social media, or affiliate marketing.
- Practical knowledge of marketing automation tools and analytics platforms, such as Hubspot and Google Analytics.
- Financial Services sector experience preferred, but not essential.
- This is a B2C business, but we are open to B2C or B2B background.
- Strong strategic thinking and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with sales, content, and design teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and report on campaign performance effectively.
- Self-motivated, capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
