Talent Frame are pleased to be working with a leading law firm on a CRM Manager role. The position is based in London and hybrid working. This role is part of the wider Business Development & Marketing team.
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the day to day management of the firm’s CRM and e-marketing system.
- Take a hands on approach to leading and guiding other team members to ensure best-in-class CRM support to the wider BD and Marketing function.
- Act as the CRM champion, ensuring the system is used accurately by the wider business and they understand the value of accurate and full information.
- Work with wider teams to ensure CRM systems and processes are able to deliver on requirements and advise on any gaps that may affect performance.
Experience Required:
- Experience of working in CRM role within a law firm (will also consider accountancy, commercial property and management consulting sectors).
- Deep understanding of CRM systems, with Interaction experience being a plus.
- Able to lead projects.
- Track record of using systems and data to support successful BD and marketing activities.
- Ability to navigate a partnership stakeholder environment.
