Talent Frame have partnered exclusively with a leading property and real estate consultancy, as they hire for a Communications Manager for an immediate start, on an initial 6 month FTC. The role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee and support a wide range of strategic communications and event activities.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of communication campaigns across PR, executive comms and strategic channels.
- Assist in organising and managing internal and external events, both virtual and in person, including logistics, content development and guest management.
- Collaborate with the broader PR team to support press office activity, monitor media coverage, handle inbound media enquiries and coordinate timely responses.
- Draft and edit content to maintain consistency and clarity.
- Maintain detailed project records, including action trackers, timelines, risk logs and related documentation.
- Monitor and evaluate PR and communication impact, analysing media coverage, engagement metrics and feedback.
- Support stakeholder engagement, building relationships and coordinating communications activity.
Experience required
- Proven experience in corporate or strategic communications, ideally within a multi-site, matrixed organisation.
- Demonstrable ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with impeccable organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and compelling content.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle media queries professionally.
- Proficiency in using communication tools, media monitoring services and project management software.
- Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external stakeholders.
- Resilient and adaptable, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
The role can be based in either the London or Milton Keynes office, 3 days per week in office and 2 days from home.
