Talent Frame are working exclusively with a leading creative agency, as they appoint a Client Account Director on a 12 month fixed term contract. The role will ideally start no later than mid-August.
The agency, who are based near Kings Cross, works with a number of high profile brands in the drinks industry, delivering stand out creative campaigns across consumer and trade. From brand partnerships and large-scale experiential activations, to integrated PR and influencer campaigns, they work on some seriously exciting projects.
The Client Account Director oversees all facets of the projects they work on, and this role requires someone with impeccable organisation skills, a strong commercial awareness, a solutions focused mindset and the ability to manage complex, multi-faceted workstreams.
Responsibilities include
- Overseeing strategic direction of multiple client accounts β from client satisfaction and strategic campaign planning, to budget management and client relationship growth
- Managing the overarching delivery of multi-channel projects
- Leading client relationships, being a strategic advisor and handling budget queries
- Driving the strategic planning of projects before handing execution over to the account managers
- Day to day oversight of budgets, timelines and status updates across each project
- Ensuring the team can adapt depending on changing client priorities
- Overseeing overall brand budgets across all work streams
- Delegating workload to teams and supporting with the day to day running of projects
Experience required
- The Client Account Director must have strong multi-channel campaign delivery experience
- A proven track record of leading client accounts and teams
- Experience working on large-scale events, experiential activations and brand campaigns
- Experience of working with clients in the luxury, hospitality, drinks or premium markets
- Strong communication skills and confidence to handle senior level client relationships
- Well used to working in a fast paced, creative, agency environment
- Commercial and strategic thinking
This is a fantastic opportunity for a client or project account director to step into a busy and fast moving role, where you\βll direct and oversee a range of exciting and high impact creative projects. Experience of working in an agency environment is imperative due to the nature of the work β ideally a creative, experiential, brand or marketing agency. The role is hybrid with 3 days in the office.
