Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager, EMEA
Location: UK, Rugby (3 days per week)

Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Manager, EMEA is responsible for leading the digital marketing strategy across the EMEA region, ensuring a consistent, optimized, and measurable digital presence that supports campaigns, product launches, and regional business objectives.
This role combines strategic planning, guidance, and analytics to drive the adoption and execution of digital initiatives by Zones and Country marketing teams. The Digital Marketing Manager builds the regional digital marketing plan collaboratively with country teams, provides coaching, support, and training, and serves as the champion for deploying new tools and digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with global strategy while empowering local teams to execute effectively.
Key Responsibilities
1. Build Regional Digital Marketing Plan with Countries
- Work collaboratively with country marketing teams to develop and align their digital marketing plans with the EMEA regional strategy.
- Provide guidance, support, and training to ensure plans are realistic, measurable, and aligned with global objectives.
- Coordinate timelines, campaigns, and digital content across countries to maximize regional impact.
2. EMEA Digital Strategy & Customer Journey
- Define and execute the regional digital marketing strategy, aligned with global objectives and regional business priorities.
- Own the EMEA digital customer journey, ensuring consistency and optimization across touchpoints (web, email, social, paid, content).
- Ensure that country digital plans feed into and support the overarching EMEA strategy.
3. Marketing Automation & Regionalization
- Lead marketing automation strategy and regionalization, ensuring workflows, lead nurturing, and segmentation meet local market requirements.
- Coach and train country teams in implementing automation best practices to improve lead generation, engagement, and pipeline conversion.
4. Website Optimization & Content Planning
- Drive regional website strategy, ensuring usability, SEO performance, and localized relevance.
- Collaborate with the Regional Content Creation Manager to guide content planning and ensure campaigns and launches are supported with effective digital assets.
- Advise and upskill country teams on website optimization and digital content deployment.
5. Digital Campaign Guidance
- Support and guide regional digital campaigns including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content syndication.
- Work closely with campaign teams and countries to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively, on brand, and measurable.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to optimize campaign performance across markets.
6. Champion New Tools & Digital Initiatives
- Act as the regional champion for new marketing tools, platforms, and digital initiatives, driving adoption and best practices across countries.
- Ensure all new digital initiatives are aligned with global strategy and support regional objectives.
- Train and upskill local teams on new tools and processes to maximize adoption and impact.
7. SEO, SEM, Social, Email, Content & Analytics
- Oversee the implementation of SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content strategies across countries to improve visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
- Track, analyze, and report digital performance across channels and countries.
- Provide guidance and support to local teams to ensure campaigns are data-driven and optimized.
8. Dashboarding & KPI Reporting
- Develop dashboards and KPIs to track digital performance across EMEA.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to regional and HQ stakeholders.
- Use performance data to drive improvements in country-level digital plans.
9. Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Act as the key point of contact for digital initiatives between HQ, EMEA Region, Zones, and Country teams.
- Communicate digital plans, results, and recommendations clearly across all stakeholders.
- Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams to ensure regional digital objectives are met.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5–8 years\’ experience in digital marketing, marketing automation, or demand generation, preferably in B2B or industrial technology sectors.
- Proven ability to develop and drive multi-market digital strategies, including guiding, coaching, and training country teams.
- Experience championing new digital tools and initiatives, ensuring adoption across multiple markets in particular AI.
- Strong understanding of digital channels, marketing automation, and website optimization, with experience directing rather than executing.
- Experience managing marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot) and regional workflows.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience creating dashboards and reporting digital KPIs.
- Experience collaborating in matrixed organizations (HQ–Region–Zones–Countries).
- Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus.
