Production Manager – Manufacturing

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead and improve our clients manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is committed to driving efficiency, quality, and strong team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production to ensure targets, quality standards, and deadlines are met
• Manage production schedules, workflows, and stock control
• Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure material availability
• Lead, support, and develop the production team
• Conduct quality checks and troubleshoot mechanical issues
• Maintain accurate production reports and ensure effective parts ordering

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Production Management and Production Scheduling
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain operations
• Mechanical knowledge and strong problem‑solving skills
• Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems
• Background in quality control and continuous improvement practices
