Our client is looking for a highly organised, proactive Business Manager to strengthen their operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a varied workload across administration, operations, and basic HR support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing suppliers, stock ordering and project documentation
- Coordinating customer site visits and installation schedules
- Handling incoming customer queries and support requests
- Overseeing office Health & Safety compliance
- Managing invoicing, payments and credit control
- Scheduling meetings, taking minutes and supporting internal communication
- Assisting with HR duties including onboarding and staff documentation
- Organising company events, travel and logistics
- Managing SLAs, renewals and general project coordination
Ideal Background:
- 3+ years in a senior administrative or business support role
- Confident liaising with clients, board members and senior leadership
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, solutions-focused and able to work independently
- Experience with Pipedrive and QuickBooks is highly desirable
- Knowledge of office-based H&S is an advantage
