We are hiring for a hands-on maintenance role keeping our site safe, compliant, and looking its best. Varied work, real responsibility, and visible impact. Mobile role with a company van provided.
What You'll Do
- Carry out day-to-day repairs and maintenance
- Complete minor works and site improvements
- Inspect buildings and report issues
- Oversee contractors and quality of work
- Keep the site compliant with H&S standards
- Maintain grounds and external areas
- Respond to faults, breakdowns, and emergencies
What We're Looking For
- Practical maintenance or facilities experience
- Proactive, reliable, and organised
- Strong health & safety awareness
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
This role covers the following areas and is offered on a fixed term contract. You will need an enhanced DBS and/or need to be able to pass one.
