We are recruiting for an experienced Branch Manager to lead a busy retail flooring showroom, managing a team of 3–5 staff and driving both retail and trade sales performance. The role is Salary & Bonus - OTE £50k.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and develop a small showroom team
- Drive branch sales across retail and trade customers
- Build and maintain local trade relationships
- Maintain high showroom and merchandising standards
- Oversee daily branch operations including staffing, rotas, and stock
- Retail, showroom, or branch management experience
- Strong sales and customer service capability
- Experience leading and motivating small teams
- Flooring, home improvement, or building materials experience desirable
