European HR Business Partner
Based Wednesbury 4 days office based
Manufacturing Sector
Purpose.
The European HR Business Partner will act as a strategic advisor to UK based CEO across multiple sites including in Holland and Romania in addition to UK. They will drive initiatives in organizational design, compensation and benefits, performance management, talent management, and succession planning, ensuring alignment with both local regulations and global standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Organizational Design and refine organisational structures and operating models to enhance agility and operational effectiveness across the sites.
- Compensation & Benefits Lead market benchmarking exercises, develop total rewards strategies, and oversee the implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Performance Management Drive end-to-end performance management processes, including goal setting, calibration sessions, and performance improvement plans that foster a high-performance culture.
- Talent Management Collaborate with Centres of Excellence to design and execute talent development and succession planning frameworks, ensuring a robust pipeline of high-potential leaders for critical roles.
- Succession Planning Partner with senior stakeholders to identify key positions, assess internal talent pools, and implement targeted development plans to secure future business continuity.
- Strategic HR Partnership Build trusted relationships with leaders at all levels to consult on workforce planning, change management, employee engagement, and cultural transformation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- MCIPD or:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of HR business partnering experience in a multi-site European environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in organizational design, total rewards, performance management, talent management, and succession planning.
- Strong knowledge of EU and local labour laws, diversity and inclusion best practices, and GDPR compliance.
- Excellent influencing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
