Our client is a growing Midlands-based flooring retailer serving both domestic (B2C) and trade/commercial (B2B) customers. They are seeking an experienced Area Branch Manager to lead and develop five retail stores across the West Midlands & parts of the East Midlands.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and develop store teams across five locations
- Support and challenge Store Managers to deliver commercial results
- Drive sales across B2C retail, ecommerce, and local B2B/trade customers
- Improve conversion, average order value, and customer experience
- Maintain consistent store standards, compliance, and presentation
- Conduct regular site visits, audits, and performance reviews
- Support new store openings and business growth
About you:
- Proven experience in an Area Manager, Regional Manager, or multi-site retail role
- Strong people leadership and sales management capability
- Commercial, hands-on, and results-driven
- Comfortable operating across both B2C and B2B environments
