You will help coordinate the transition of products, packaging, operational processes, and supply activity into a standalone business structure while maintaining continuity across customers and the wider supply chain.
This role suits someone who is organised, resilient, commercially aware, and comfortable operating across multiple teams in a high-accountability environment. You will need to be delivery-focused, proactive, and willing to step into operational detail where required.
The role involves working across commercial, marketing, supply chain, logistics, and programme teams to coordinate critical transition activity linked to product rebranding, packaging changes, operational readiness, and supply continuity. The environment is fast-moving and highly collaborative, with multiple dependencies, changing priorities, and senior stakeholder exposure.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing project activities, timelines, risks, dependencies, and actions
- Coordinating packaging and artwork transition activity
- Supporting new SKU setup and retailer new line form processes
- Tracking operational readiness across business functions
- Producing project reporting, dashboards, and stakeholder updates
- Supporting supply continuity and logistics coordination
- Driving follow-up actions and maintaining delivery momentum across teams
- Bringing structure and clarity to evolving priorities
What you will need:
- Project management experience within transformation, operational change, transition, or separation environments
- Strong stakeholder management across multiple business functions
- Experience managing multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously
- Strong planning, coordination, reporting, and follow-through capability
- Ability to operate autonomously with minimal supervision
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project capability
- High attention to detail and confidence handling data and reporting
- FMCG, retail, logistics, or supply chain environments
- Separation, carve-out, or rebranding programmes
- PMO or operational readiness exposure
- Experience working within matrix organisations
