We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious international luxury fashion brand for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join their finance team based in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for a polished, professional and highly organised AP specialist who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
The Role
- Reviewing and processing invoices accurately within SAP
- Matching invoices to purchase orders and ensuring correct coding
- Chasing missing purchase orders and completing manual SAP entries where required
- Assisting with supplier payment runs
- Managing supplier correspondence, including remittance advice and statement reconciliations
- Supporting internal finance and management accounting queries
- Producing ad-hoc reports as requested
- Providing general finance and administrative support to the wider team

- Experienced within Accounts Payable and comfortable using SAP
