Supply Chain Coordinator - FMCG

We are recruiting for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join the customer supply and logistics team of a well-established international FMCG business.
This is a hands-on operational role suited to someone in the early stages of their supply chain career who already has practical workplace experience and is confident working with Excel, data and day-to-day order and stock information.
You'll support customer orders, stock reporting, logistics and warehouse coordination, helping ensure information is accurate and deliveries stay on track.
Key Responsibilities

Process customer orders accurately and on time

Maintain stock, order and reconciliation reports in Excel

Compare data across systems and investigate discrepancies

Monitor inbound deliveries and liaise with logistics partners

Work with warehouse teams on stock availability and customer deliveries

Maintain trackers and ensure information is accurate and up to date

Follow up operational issues with internal teams and external providers

Support the wider supply chain team with day-to-day activities
What We're Looking For

Practical experience within supply chain, logistics, order management, inventory or customer operations

Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data

Good analytical ability and attention to detail

Strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Clear communication skills

Confidence working independently and taking ownership of routine tasks
Experience using an ERP system such as SAP or Oracle would be an advantage.
Please note: This role requires practical workplace experience. Academic study or university projects alone will not be sufficient.
