Our client is seeking a Senior Front Office Recruiter to support their Investment Banking client with all Equities related vacancies. The role is 5 days a week in their centrakl London office.
Responsibilities include:
- Taking full ownership to ensure the recruitment service is delivered in line with contractual obligations and client service level agreements.
- Leading vacancy consultation discussions to agree the recruitment plans with hiring managers– this includes role requirements, sourcing strategy, DEI requirements, pay range, agreed timeframes, responsibilities of all involved, and the selection process.
- Leveraging your existing experience, knowledge, and resources whilst also working with experts in sourcing and talent intelligence to develop effective sourcing strategies that enable you to deliver great candidates and lead and influence conversations with your hiring managers.
- Providing subject matter expertise, thought leadership and talent intelligence in recruitment discussions and vacancy briefing calls with Hiring Managers, leaving the discussion with a detailed understanding of the client’s business, the requirements and unique selling points of the role.
- Creating and maintaining trusted partner relationships with Senior hiring managers/stakeholders. Independent execution of the end-to-end delivery of recruitment services to them, providing counsel, advising through insight and SME knowledge on the recruitment process and ensuring that timelines are correctly identified and met.
- Championing your candidates. Having honest, quality career discussions that assess candidate suitability for each role and bring your client’s brand to life so that candidates feel excited at the prospect of joining them.
