This is a client‑facing, hands‑on role for a Salesforce‑focused MarTech professional, who can run discovery, translate requirements into robust technical designs, manage deployments (including migrations), and enable clients to adopt new ways of working. You’ll partner closely with project and account leaders to build trusted relationships, deliver commercially healthy outcomes, and continuously evolve the firm’s technology offering.
What you’ll be doing:

- Lead technical discovery with client stakeholders; document requirements within the context of each client’s instance
- Produce client‑ready conceptual designs aligned to platform best practices
- Translate concepts into detailed technical specs ready for build (internal teams or client technical resources)
- Own deployments from staging to production, including data migration, launch protocols, and technical handover
- Plan and deliver client enablement/training to drive adoption and measurable value
- Stay ahead of platform capabilities – innovating across known and emerging technologies

- Deep knowledge of the Salesforce product stack
- Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement experience preferred
- Marketing Cloud and/or Data Cloud exposure highly desirable
- Experience with related platforms for interest capture, qualification, and advanced reporting
- Proven track record delivering end‑to‑end solutions: discovery → design → deployment/migration → handover → training
- Strong delivery discipline: plans, RAID/risk management, stakeholder comms, and status reporting
- Comfortable leading in a high‑growth consulting environment – client‑facing, outcomes‑led, commercially aware
