SaaSSales Manager, Energy Enterprise SaaS | Energy | Sales Leadership Are you an experienced SaaS sales leader with a strong background in the energy sector? We are partnering with a rapidly growing energy technology business to appoint a SaaS Sales Manager. This is a sales leadership opportunity focused on driving recurring revenue growth across existing strategic accounts while winning new customers within a specified market. The successful candidate will combine deep energy-sector knowledge with a proven track record of selling subscription-based SaaS solutions, leading high-performing sales teams and consistently delivering ARR growth, retention and new-logo targets. The Role You will lead an experienced sales team responsible for growing relationships within the energy market. Your remit will span customer retention, cross-sell and upsell, price realization and net-new SaaS revenue generation. Key responsibilities will include: Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of experienced sales professionals. Own weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual forecasting across ARR growth, retention and new business. Drive expansion within existing accounts through cross-sell, upgrades and broader platform adoption. Develop and execute strategies to win new customers. Establish sales territories, quotas, objectives and performance expectations. Conduct pipeline reviews, forecasting meetings, 1:1s and deal strategy sessions. Act as an escalation point on strategic opportunities and support sales professionals through complex enterprise sales cycles. Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Business Development and senior leadership to execute go-to-market strategy.
