Our client, a high-growth MarTech / CRM consulting team is hiring a Senior MarTech Solutions / Project Lead to own end-to-end delivery of technical solutions across enterprise clients. This is a client-facing, hands-on role for a Salesforce-focused MarTech professional, who can run discovery, translate requirements into robust technical designs, manage deployments (including migrations), and enable clients to adopt new ways of working. You’ll partner closely with project and account leaders to build trusted relationships, deliver commercially healthy outcomes, and continuously evolve the firm’s technology offering.
What you’ll be doing:
- Solution development: document requirements within the context of each client’s instance
- Produce client-ready conceptual designs aligned to platform best practices
- Translate concepts into detailed technical specs ready for build (internal teams or client technical resources)
- Own deployments from staging to production, including data migration, launch protocols, and technical handover
- Plan and deliver client enablement/training to drive adoption and measurable value
- Stay ahead of platform capabilities - innovating across known and emerging technologies
- Project delivery: contribute to proposals, scope definitions, exclusions, and cost estimates
- Create and maintain delivery plans for owned workstreams
- Provide clear progress updates; anticipate risks, delays, and dependencies and manage them proactively
