We're partnering with a growing international technology business to appoint a Senior Dev Ops Engineer to join its Belfast-based Engineering team.

This is a hands-on role for an experienced Dev Ops / SRE / Platform Engineer who enjoys building reliable infrastructure, automating deployments and improving the way software moves from development into production.

You'll play a key role in managing infrastructure, developing CI/CD pipelines, increasing automation and helping engineering teams deliver software faster and more reliably.

  • Build, manage and improve CI/CD pipelines
  • Automate infrastructure and deployment processes
  • Work extensively with Kubernetes, Terraform and Jenkins
  • Manage Linux-based infrastructure
  • Support private and public cloud environments at scale
  • Improve reliability, monitoring and platform performance
  • Collaborate closely with software engineering and operations teams
  • Help establish scalable infrastructure standards and best practices

What we're looking for

You'll ideally have 4+ years' experience within Dev Ops, SRE or Platform Engineering, together with strong hands-on experience across:

  • Kubernetes
  • Terraform
  • Jenkins
  • Linux
  • Public and private cloud infrastructure
  • Git Hub / Bitbucket or similar version control
  • Scripting with Python, Bash, Groovy, Java and/or Perl

Experience with Docker, Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, Postgre SQL, Mongo DB, enterprise-scale automation or cybersecurity would be advantageous.
