Our client, a leading consulting partner to enterprise organisations, is hiring an experienced sales professional to accelerate consulting growth across Financial Services, Banking and Insurance. This is a high-impact role for a consultative seller who can open doors, shape solutions, and close complex services-led deals with senior stakeholders.
You’ll sell expert support, advice and partnership across the firm’s core consulting service lines:
- Change Execution
- Managed Service & Change Partner
- Joint Venture (Risk & Reward)
- Advisory & Assurance
All underpinned by deep delivery capability in:
- Programme & Project Management
- PMO
- Testing & Quality Assurance
- Business & Data Analysis
What you’ll be doing
- Own the full sales lifecycle: prospecting → discovery → solution shaping → proposal → close
- Build and convert a strong pipeline within banks, insurers, and FS firms
- Lead senior client conversations and position outcomes-led consulting solutions
- Shape propositions across project delivery, managed service, and advisory/assurance models
- Collaborate with delivery leaders to create winning proposals, commercials, and SOWs
- Negotiate frameworks, rate cards, and partnership structures (including risk/reward where relevant)
- Maintain strong forecasting discipline and CRM hygiene; report on performance and pipeline health
- Drive account growth through renewals, expansions, and multi-year engagements
What we’re looking for
- Proven track record in consulting / professional services sales within Financial Services
- Strong ability to sell one or more of: Change/Transformation delivery, Managed Services, PMO, Testing/QA, Data/BA, Advisory/Assurance
- Confident engaging C-suite and senior stakeholders across complex buying groups
- Skilled at discovery, qualification, and translating client challenges into structured solutions
- Comfortable with commercial models including SOWs, frameworks, retainers, and managed services
- High energy, self-starting approach with a relationship-led, value-based sales style
