We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join a high-performing finance team. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and payments across multiple entities and international regions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with global AP experience who thrives in a structured, process-driven environment and enjoys working with large volumes in a dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities- Processing high volumes of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
- Matching, batching, and coding invoices
- Preparing and processing payment runs (BACS / international payments)
- Supplier statement reconciliations and query resolution
- Ensuring compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
- Liaising with global suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Supporting month-end close activities
- Continuous improvement of AP processes
- Previous experience in an Accounts Payable / Purchase-to-Pay role
- Ideally experience within a global or multi-entity organisation
- Strong understanding of AP processes end-to-end
- Confident working with ERP systems (ideally SAP or similar)
- High attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy
- Able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, especially when dealing with international stakeholders
