Currently recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to join a hugely successful creative agency. This is a commercially focused role, working at the heart of the business alongside both the finance leadership team and non-finance stakeholders (creative directors, client services, operations, marketing leads).

The Role
Youll be a key commercial voice in the agency, turning numbers into stories that shape real business decisions.
- Full ownership of the management accounts process, delivering timely and accurate monthly reporting packs
- Partner with non-finance leaders across creative, client services, and operations to translate financials into actionable insights
- Act as a trusted adviser to the finance leadership team, supporting strategic decision-making
- Lead on budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning challenging assumptions and driving accountability
- Provide clear commercial analysis, highlighting risks, opportunities, and profitability by client/project
- Own and present monthly performance reviews to senior management
- Work closely with the global group finance team to align reporting and share best practice
- Deliver ad-hoc commercial analysis to support bids, pricing models, and new business opportunities
- Drive process improvements across reporting, forecasting, and financial operations
- Champion financial awareness across the agency helping non-finance colleagues understand the numbers and their impact
About You
- Solid experience in management accounts and commercial finance
- Proven ability to work with non-finance stakeholders, influencing decisions through clear communication
- Strong relationship builder, confident presenting to senior leadership
- Analytical, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment
- ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified or finalist level
