Are you an experienced Wills and Probate Solicitor looking for a fresh challenge with real impact? We are seeking a motivated Wills and Probate Solicitor (3+ years PQE) with a strong understanding of Trust structures—particularly asset protection and discretionary trusts—to join the Senior Management Team of a newly established, forward-thinking firm. This is a rare opportunity to help shape the firm’s processes, enhance the client experience, and play a key role in its growth from the ground up.
Location: Worcester-based firm, with optional remote working.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a diverse caseload of Wills and Probate matters.
- Providing expert advice on Trust structures, including asset protection and discretionary trusts.
- Developing and improving internal processes.
- Delivering exceptional client service.
- Acting as the Firm’s Deputy HOFA and MLRO, for holiday cover only.
