About the Role:

As a Family Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and representation to clients on a range of family law matters. You will manage your own caseload, building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a varied caseload of family law matters, including but not limited to:
  • Divorce and separation
  • Financial settlements
  • Child arrangements (custody, access)
  • Domestic abuse cases
  • Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
  • Providing clear and concise legal advice to clients.
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents.
  • Conducting negotiations and representing clients in court.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Keeping up-to-date with changes in family law legislation.
  • Contributing to the firm's business development activities.
  • Required Skills and Experience:

    • Qualified Solicitor with a valid practicing certificate.
    • Proven experience in handling a range of family law matters.
