About the Role:
As a Family Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and representation to clients on a range of family law matters. You will manage your own caseload, building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a varied caseload of family law matters, including but not limited to:
- Divorce and separation
- Financial settlements
- Child arrangements (custody, access)
- Domestic abuse cases
- Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
Required Skills and Experience:
- Qualified Solicitor with a valid practicing certificate.
- Proven experience in handling a range of family law matters.
- Strong understanding of family law legislation and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
