We are seeking an experienced Solicitor to join a highly specialized legal division focused on Brain Injury claims. This division works on sensitive, high-value cases that require meticulous attention and compassionate client care.
- Providing an exceptional, high-quality service to clients.
- Handling a caseload of complex and primarily multi-track clinical negligence claims, with a specific focus on brain injury cases, commensurate with experience.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be an enthusiastic solicitor with 3 to 8 years' Post-Qualification Experience (PQE), exclusively representing claimants.
- Demonstrate an excellent understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) and protocols.
- Possess direct experience working on high value, multi-track clinical negligence cases.
- Be hardworking, energetic, and sociable, with strong IT, administrative, and research skills.
- Be able to demonstrate a commitment to developing the business of the practice (prior marketing experience is desirable but not essential).
