Our client is a multi-disciplinary leading firm of Solicitors based in Liverpool (UK). Technical Conveyancer with strong technical knowledge and commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
Duties include but will not be limited to:
- Undertake title checks, raising enquiries, preparing reports and signing off titles for purchase files including Leasehold, New Build, Shared ownership, Right to buy and Building Safety Act.
- Identify and input additional services and fees applicable to the transaction.
- Advise the team on source of funds queries.
- Assisting Case Managers with more complex sales enquiries.
- Mentoring a small team of case managers on all technical aspects of sale, purchase, transfer and remortgage transactions.
- Ensuring our clients and introducers of business always receive the best possible service and growing relationships.
Essential Skills
- At least 2 years relevant experience.
- Excellent technical knowledge.
- Excellent client care skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience of using a case management system (we use Proclaim).
