We are seeking an experienced residential property solicitor who can confidently manage a high-volume caseload while delivering an exceptional client experience. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment. You will play a key part in supporting team objectives, strengthening client relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the department.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a busy caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions
- Handling purchases, sales and re-mortgages from instruction to completion
- Providing regular updates and advice to clients and agents
- Drafting legal documentation
- Working effectively within a Case Management System
- Collaborating with other service lines and referring work internally
- Supporting business development and marketing initiatives
- Contributing to departmental strategy and performance
We are looking for a senior solicitor who:
- Has 5+ years’ PQE in residential conveyancing/property
- Is confident running a full caseload autonomously
- Demonstrates strong commercial awareness
- Has excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Is highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Is comfortable working within a structured case management system
- Ideally has experience with SOS case management (desirable, not essential)
