Salary range: ÂŁ19,000 - ÂŁ21,000 per annum

Location: London, United Kingdom (near Bank of England)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time, Office-Based

Holiday: ~23 days + bank holidays + full Christmas closure

Start date: ASAP (ideally immediate or within 1 month)

About the Role

This is a dynamic support role working directly with the firm’s owner and team. You’ll be involved in the core operations of the business, from administrative support and CRM data handling to diary management and team liaison. You don’t need prior legal experience – just the right attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update CRM systems (data entry, case population)
  • Liaise with insurance companies, barristers, and introducers
  • Keep the Director’s diary organised and support general PA duties
  • Assist with internal team admin and task tracking
  • Provide day-to-day support across the office
  • Help maintain smooth office operations and communication flow
